Brass hand bell Basilica of St. Petra Rome. A souvenir from probably the 19th century. Which is a replica of one of the bells in St. Peter’s Basilica. After the original large bell of the Basilica of St. Peter (1786) in Rome by Luigi and Giuseppe Valadier. Deep cast brass church hand bell. PROBABLY from an exhibition at the time. In excellent antique condition with a shiny original patina. It has less wear, it miss the bell carrier inside. All in proportion to age and use, with some minor surface scratches. It measures 19 cm in height and the diameter of the base is about 10 cm
