Art Noveau French 950 Silver Decanter by Saglier Frères et Cie
A fine French 950 Silver and hand-cut crystal decanter, having a round bellied body, hand-cut hobnail, a silver collar with lip, an original fluted stopper, and sitting on a flat base. Made by Saglier Frères et Cie, 12 rue d’Enghien, Pariz in 1897. Hallmarked with French silver hallmark ‘Minerva’ and makers mark SF with ancer. The dimensions of this fine silver and crystal decanter are height 19 cms, and diameter at base 14 cms. All in excellent condition.
