This is a collectable Coty compact, famously designed by Lalique. It’s lid is decorated with white and gold powder puffs, edged in orange and gold. The underside has an engine turned wave design, with “Coty Paris” engraved in a centre cartouche. Contains the original powder puff and there is still some powder inside. A reminder of a bygone time! The lid closes nicely with a snap and remains closed. Very good antique condition, wear consistent with age and use. Natural patina adds charm to this piece.
